Tower Loan, Hernando, MS

Giving 1 star so I can leave a review. My husband has an account here, but I pay the bill. He cashed a live check with this company. I didn't have any problems with them until this past month. He rolled over past his grace period but wouldn't be considered a 30 day until the 21st of this month. Well I tried to pay it online, the system wants to charge $5 to pay via my debit card or my bank info. Everywhere else I pay they don't charge the fee if I do an ACH bank draft. I went in the store to pay his account and they still tell me they want to charge me for the payment. I said "no thank you. I will just wait until my checks come in." The i'm assuming manager who is a total wanna be "John Wick looking fellow" stood up and started asking me personal questions about my husbands credit. I walked out with the proof of recordings on my phone about how rude he was. If you're going to manage a business you in no way treat or talk to your customers the way I was talked to that day. I will be filing a complaint with there home office, and the BBB. This guy was down right disgusting to me. Thankfully I recorded my entire encounter.

I've had a loan from them for about 2 years I've added to it several times the people in the Hernando store are great to talk to and are always friendly ! If you need a little extra cash stop by you wont be disappointed !
