I was having internet issues Ms Tiffany stayed on the phone with me through it all. Thank you so much. Customer service is my main reason I keep coming back. No only is my One Main team helpful in getting a loan. They keep in contact checking if you have further needs that they could help you with. Thank You for all your help. I am a long time customer and look forward to doing more businessin the futures.

The lady helped me tremendously. It was kinda challenging doing everything online but I like it that way. Very respectful and very professional. This is my first time using them and I definitely will be staying with them in my time of need.

When I originally called about a loan they were all gungho. After getting loan I called about questions I had. They said they would call me back that day. Never did. Had to call them back next afternoon because they never did call me back. I called them 3 weeks later to get additional money I needed for a const. Purchase. They said they would call me back in the afternoon. They never called. Had to call them back next afternoon. I finally got additional loan. One week later after receiving paperwork and invoice for payment it was not as discussed.They charged me $500.00 for an autocare policy that I did not sign up for. I called to cancel the policy. They said they would call me back later that day. I said are you sure it will be today? They said yes no problem.. Never happened. Had to call back and leave message. Still waiting to see if they call back. Very poor business practices.

I opened an account about 2 yrs. Ago. I have made every payment on time. I applied for a new small loan, and was denied because they wanted a vehicle to be put up for the loan. A small loan? That's the world today. Very disappointed.

the branch manager is the rudest!!!!! they call 50 times a day even when you ask them not to to see if you want more money this company has no class i would never recommend it to anyone
