Came into this location for a title loan, notified front deck assistant we had never applied for a title loan. She proceeded to tell us we need a bank statement. We drove all the way home to get the most recent check stub and drove back foe her to immediately tell us she also needs proof of residence. Why ? Why not write down or tell us all the documents that will be needed before? The manager came out saying, "You gotta give her grace," & "Well How far do you live?". A complete waste of time, lack of communication and common sense. Won't be back.
