While the bank clerks are helpful, that’s their best selling point. The bank manager Mr. Lee is almost never around whenever I need to see him, he tends to take very long lunches and many off-days. Either that or the bank is simply lying to us about him not being available. Their vault is a joke, I have a safety deposit box there and never once have I seen the main vault door closed it’s always wide open. When they say they will have so and so call you back, you can expect them not to call. At one time, I told the bank clerk that you say you will have them call us but they never do, I thought saying that would guarantee a call but guess what still no call back from them.

First of all, the bank is extremely beautiful. I Walked In and I was needing a simple checking account for all my online shopping and I was immediately attended to. My visit was no longer than 10 minutes and poof, I had my checking account. My debit Card was easy to activate and I wad ordering online shortly after I left the bank. Since then the tellers have all been extremely helpful and courteous. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to keep your money.

I just went thru the drive thru at Magee on 49 hwy and experienced the most unfriendly person at priority one bank I have ever dealt with except the Richland Branch. Never in Simpson county had a problem with unfriendly people. Don't know her name but hope never to get her again.

Your page says your open till 12 on Saturdays and that’s a lie, then I tried use my mobile app to deposit a check, but y’all say it’s too much.... what about the people that work during your working hours??
