We have used these people for years all of a sudden for the past couple months they have been very rude. They get ugly if you pay a day outside of the month. For example today is the 1st of December. Tried to pay note for November and they get ugly. My husband explained he’s a disabled veteran and only gets paid once a month. Manager tells him “That’s not my problem!” We will get them paid off and NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Do NOT get a loan from these people. I repeat, do NOT! Never willing to work with anyone on anything!! Snobby workers. Only out to get their customers

I appreciate republic helping me out however their staff is very pushy and constantly hangs up in my face. They constantly call even when your not officially late. I understand that they are doing their jobs but I'm not a mean disrespectful person so I don't think I should be treated like I am. I will be paying my loan off quickly and maybe never use them again. This is just my experience you may have a better one than I.

Helpful and friendly. If you get behind they will be calling you ,but that is their job so don't take it personally. They have also been willing to work with me on at least one occasion for late payment just need to communicate with them. Overall a very helpful and convenient service.

Horrible customer service. Doesn't handle their business. Only want you to make payments monthly to receive full interest charges. I regret going here. Will never use them again and I advise you not to.
