Go see Danielle P’Pool, me and my husband were driving through Mississippi on our way to Texas for thanksgiving. We are military and just bought a house in Alabama. We were trying to set up our utilities while on the road and our water company needed us to notarize some forms to complete the process of signing us up. Danielle took care of us right away and went out of her way to make us copies and email us scanned copies. She did everything and more. Oh and she waived the $2 fee and sent us on our way with armed forces calendars. This was just a random stop when we googled “UPS near me” and ended up at 1st Franklin at the recommendation from UPS next door. Danielle Thank you, you’re awesome. - Anai & Caleb
