I used to be a fan of this company and I have been a reliable customer for several years. Lately however they seem to be more of a predatory company that wants to hurt my credit more than help it and I haven’t been late on a payment ever in the two + years of business. They call me every month saying I’m eligible for an upgrade and so a couple months ago I agreed to see if it would lower my payments. After hitting my credit score and getting my information he says he wants to add my spouse and I decline because I wanted to keep it in just my name, so he tells me I am ineligible because my balance is to high. My balance was the same thing as when he called and said I was eligible so this was more just to hit my credit score. Worst part is I still get a call a day or two after every payment with the same bogus line I’m eligible for an upgrade. I have renewed my loan in the past for better payment options or for money start a new job and each time they closed my account and credit report and opened a new one, this also hurts my credit because shortens length of time when it should be opposite since been there all these years. I personally will be working on getting them paid off and finding a better company that cares about helping their long term loyal customers instead of trying to keep them down in debt.

These people do not give you a fair chance how do you suppose to establish credit if they don't give you a chance to build credit.

Requirements are not fair to everyone!
