If I could give 0 stars I would. They are trashy people and they don’t answer their phones. I tried for 2 months to set up a payment plan and they sued me and claimed I never called!

They charged me for a loan I never received.

Wouldn't cash my husband's workman's comp insurance payroll check from Wells Fargo, because it was signed and they apparently couldn't verify. Very rude, antagonistic woman. This is the 6th time in several years and not once have they ever been able to cash a check; even a standard payroll check. Now I have to drive to the nearest Wells Fargo over 1 1/2 hours away

Staff always very friendly. Be prepared for 30 minutes to an hour wait. No fault of the staff but the computer equipment is dated and slow which causes long waits if more than 2 customers. Older building with no restrooms.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I WAS MICE AND ROACHES AND EVEN BEDBUGS ON THEIR CHAIRS. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THEY ALSO TOOK A GARNISHMENT AND CLAIMED I NEVER PAID THEM WHEN I TRIED OVER AND OVER TO CALL THEM. THE LADY AT THE DESK IS RUDE. SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE AND WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED IN A NASTY ROOM
