I was a faithful customer of Harbor Financial of Ripley & never once had a minutes trouble with them. Then they sold out to Credit Union of New Albany & it's been trouble ever since. Every time I make my payment they always tell me "oh, you have X amount available without raising your payment." Ok, will you set that up for me please? "We're sorry, but we can't help you right now." I will be so glad when I get them paid off & I will never use them again, nor will I recommend anyone else to.

Been doing business here a little over a year The girls are great, and always very helpfull. They only reason I deducted a star is because they dont report the payments to the main credit bureaus. Would be awesome if the loans would help increase my credit score.
