My wife received a pre-approval from this place and took it and I will tell you I would NOT recommend this company to anyone with any sense. They charge 49% interest, yes 49% which is highway robbery!!! This should be illegal to do and I am going to contact the BBB about this. Also when my wife went to pay it off they tried to give her the run around and had to call the corporate office and then still had a hard time paying it off. As I stated I wouldn't borrow a penny from these crooks!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!

Everyone were very nice & friendly. They answered all my questions & were very helpful.

I called into the branch to receive a document that my loan was paid off. Katie, at the branch,was not professional and would not give me the document because the loan was in my husband's name. The online site is not user friendly. You are not able to retrieve a payoff document for your records. You have to wait 10 days for a letter confirmation. Other companies will at least give you a confirmation number. I feel once your loan is paid off they are not friendly. Save your time and go somewhere that is friendly and appreciates your business.

Olive Branch location has the worst customer service. Very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this location and I will personally not use them again.

Service was excellent. My service rep was awesome. She was friendly, courteous, and helpful. She went the extra mile to help me. Would recommend to anyone
