do not use Tower Loan! they will call and harass you demanding money without announcing who they are representing very unprofessional and have ZERO sympathy for there customers. my family was struggling through the pandemic because our kids are home for schooling and costing us more with food. i missed a few payments and they treated me like garbage and told me they dont care if my kids dont have food. we decided to use our second stimulus check to pay them off instead of getting food for our home and the full payment we owed wasn't allowed to go through so we had a balance of 70$ left and we told them we will pay it off in about a week they bumped the interest a extra 40$ trying to squeeze every last penny out of me i will never go here again STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOAN COMPANY!

So I'm visiting in Mississippi for the holidays during December 2017. I live in Maryland for many years now. I have not lived in Mississippi since I graduated from MSU. Today, 28 December 2017, about an hour ago I get a call from someone at Tower Loans in Olive Branch saying they called because I was listed as a reference for a family name of relatives I know. I asked for a middle name and they stated no middle name was listed on the application, which is another reason I knew that is was false. I told the lady that is was fake and she proceeded to argue on the phone with me that is was not fake and that the customer did regular business with them all the time. I also knew that this seemed fishy because my relatives would have called me and told me before I received a call from a business. I called my two relatives with this name and both stated they did not use my name and phone number as a reference. I even googled this business, initially they have 4 stars listed, however when I googled my complaint, the search acquired many other complaints of this business all over the USA!!! Aways pays to do some research for reviews online beyond the initial google search using the name of a company alone. They lure and mislead people into loans. They also have many complaints about pushy, aggressive and rude customer service reps. I also read another complaint about not crediting people for payments that were paid online. I gave my relative the address to visit them today. When my relative when to visit them to check today, all the customer service rep did was say they would take my name off of the application and that everything was alright. They also stated that his address was not tied to the name on the application and it was an address in Horn Lake. Do I really believe that? No. I doubt they did not even report the applicant for fraud. Very suspicious business. Folks BEWARE!

Very unprofessional business. I had a missed call from them today. I call back stating​ that I missed a call. They ask if I have a loan I say no, but I husband may. They ask my last name and tell me that he missed his July payment. So after lots of arguing with my husband (taking out loan without telling me). We call back when he gets home from work. They have a Lutts in the system but not my husband, it was a family member that we NEVER talk to. Idk how they got my number, but they have caused a lot of issues today. DO NOT use this company.

Raven at olive branch ms has been running my credit illegally, when I called to check with them she had an attitude and said when was I going to make a payment.

I have been doing business with Tower Loan for a long time even when they were Third Union and they have always gave exceptional service to me and my family helping in times of needs. I see reviews where people are saying they harass you well to me only if you don’t pay what you owe them?? They have NEVER harassed me! They have always dealt with me in a friendly and professional way everyone is always so nice. Thank you so much Tower Loan for all you do for your customers especially us and I always make an effort to tell them that when I call to make my payment to them 🤗😊
