This place is horrible ... they are NEVER there during the business Hours Listed ... they call you .. you tell them what time you can bring your payment .. you show up .. no one is there to take the payment !!! Absolutely Pathetic and then they expect you to pay a late fee for them NOT being in the Building to accept the payment ..

This place is horrible the lady that works the dask barely answers the phone I no here and I think she has a personal problem with me I don't believe she even processes my application.She is not professional at all.I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me post my review without giving them a star.
