Tower Loan, Pearl, MS

Manager Nick was an awful man. His workers lied to my aunt stating if she got another loan she'd have them merged. Not even 2 weeks later we get harassing phone calls and "they aren't documented so it's not true." Not to mention he tried defending the lies and harassment his workers have done. He'd rather call us liars than straighten things out his workers mistakes

refusse to admit I over paid. 10 days before I contact mississippi banking commission. DO NOT PAY ONLINE

I had a wonderful exp.with the young lady tiara that waited on me. She knows her job very experienced. Would recommend her to assist any one she is quick at what she does she is awsome.

Tiara Norwood at the Pearl location did a most excellent job today she was very polite. Y’all need more people like her I think she would be a great asset to tower loan in the future.

Great experience in the pearl location . Not many familiar faces . Tiara was very helpful. But That new manager Justice Gil needs to be demoted or fired
