Tower Loan, Philadelphia, MS

They are great if you are getting a loan at a 3rd party location like Woodstock Furniture it took less than 3mins and I was approved but in house they have a terrible system I got constant bi weekly calls asking if I wished to use the rest of the funds I was approved for after a few months I decided to use it to get a mower but was meet with multiple calls where I was constantly questioned on my finances and when arriving on site we was asked to provide proof of income which is fine but then we were asked to provide details on items we owned so they could take it if we didn’t pay along with the mower mind you we were not informed of our payment plan or APR before or during this process which is strange because the 3rd party was able to provide it before we even decided to apply. In a nutshell my biggest problem is do not constantly contact me begging me to come get a loan and then treat me as if I don’t deserve it or can’t afford it. Also no thanks to you guys but I love my new mower...

Very friendly service, the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the lady at the back was kind and helpful, thumbs up tothe both them .
