Tower loans employees in the Picayune office are so nice and friendly. They do their jobs with professionalism and are the best in town.

I told you! They have ridiculous rates and are very vague about them. They don’t accept food stamps, personal favors or gift cards to spas. Just money. That’s it. Wish I knew beforehand. Employees will relentlessly call about payments even though they know you are broke. Why else would you have gotten a loan? Micki is alright, though. She probably needs a raise/promotion.

The Picayune branch of Tower Loan is wonderful! The staff is friendly and efficient. I would never go anywhere else - Great management and staff! Very honest too!

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Shady customer service! They are fine while you have an outstanding loan with them but once you pay it off they are a different company. I used a my vehicle as collateral and for the last 5 months I have received 5 different excuses as to why I haven't received my title back. The current excuse is that it is lost. If you have any other option, use anyone else.
