Awesome customer service. The people who work here are nice, polite, caring, knowledgeable and considerate. They are a n honest place to get the help that you need at the time you need it.

I have had 2 loans with Tower. One i paid off in full early. This one is due on the 13th. I set 2 payments up on 26th for July and August. MADISON decides to search out family members and start calling them. Knowing I have been a good customer. Run from this unprofessional gal. I call she hangs up like a coward. Wow Madison learn customer service skills. Run from Popular ville Tower Loan and Madison.

I had a loan with Harrison finance and then tower loan bought them out, after successfully completing all payments on my loan over the term, I was hoping to buy a new car with improved credit, only to find everything from the history of payments through Harrison were deleted from my credit report and nothing was reported after tower loan took over it. I asked a manager and he said " I don't know why they decided to do that, but they did, I'm sorry." A waste of time and money. It's bad enough they only report every 2 or 3 months, but to completely delete something?!? I'll never do business again.

Rude and money grubbing. They charge every kind of fee they can while making it virtually impossible to pay your bill. We got a letter on a Friday afternoon notifying us that our original loan company had been sold. Our bill is due on Sunday, and obviously they are closed on weekends. We could not log in online to view our bill, we were never sent a bill, they refuse to send paper bills, and want to charge us extra just to use a debit card or auto draft. I've heard nothing but bad about them and so far I see why.
