Community Choice Financial is the spot to go. I have a wonderful experience with Rebecca, Crystal and Courtney. Rebecca is very knowledgeable about how to explain difference in loan types and her customer service skills is off the roof. I will definitely recommend anyone to her.

The Girl that assisted me didn’t know how to fill out my application, for installments loan; she advised she would try until her manager Crystal comes back. She was lost. About 4 minutes she said good here comes my manager and she can take over. The manager walked right pass her as she explained she didn’t know what she was doing. Manager went to her desk, sat down and never looked at screen. She was short and she dry talked with an attitude telling the girl what page to go to to get started ,... the girl asked her what do I do now... Mgr said enter from bank statement. The girl told Mgr she didn’t know if she entered into correctly and the manager never walked over to see... smh. I was lost, the agent was lost. My experience was very unprofessional and lacking customer service . I will never go back or send friends/family to this place.

Crystal and Rebecca are amazing. They provide top notch customer service, they greet you by name, and are very professional. I highly recommend visiting them at the Ridgeland location.

They get 5 stars but need 10 stars to keep the professionalism in those condition.. Its entirely to hot in that store. Its no way i could work in that kind of heat on a professional n business level. Nobody in Mississippi should have to work without air conditioner.
