Don’t use this place as your personal loan place when you’re looking for someone. The service is absolutely terrible. They basically won’t let you know what all to turn in up front. You’ll turn in what they said and when you call to check on everything they will add more things as if they didn’t know that from the get go. Also, the lady I had talked to my mom and I so unprofessional and when we went to the actual office they stared at us through the door and didn’t even speak when they finally opened the door to hand us paperwork etc. One lady also left my dad on hold on the phone and never came back and come to find out she left the building. I will never use them again in the future. Don’t recommend at all.

Approval process & receiving funds were painless & easy, after that all was downhill. My account number for direct payment was entered incorrectly by the company & then returned. I was charged return service & late fees for the company's error. Also, checks to pay off credit cards were never received by the credit card companies. I emailed numerous times with no response from my representative. Eventually had to go to the location & receive new checks which cost me more money to mail.

The branch is very unprofessional never return phone calls, rude when calling and basically no customer service at all. When applied on online and you are approved they call you immediately then after that everything goes down hill with no communication and you the customer constantly calling them about your application and leaving messages with no return calls

My wife and I wanted to consolidate own credit cards and other loans in too one location, call OneMain , with in 48 hours the job was completed. We thank and praise God for you.

I had a wonderful experience with the employees of this branch. Gabriel was my main point of contact and He did everything possible to help me feel welcome. I will very much be doing business again with them.
