I have been a member of the SecurTrust Federal Credit Union for 20 years. The workers there are very nice and friendly and willingly to help you to the best of their ability. Isabel Fausto always greet you with a smile and gracious hello when you enter the building or pull up at the window. it's a great place do your banking business. I have sent friends there to open accounts and I have also told my family and highly recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been banking here for almost 10 years and I have great things to say. There’s nothing like knowing the folks who steward your money. Every time I go in there Isabel always waves and says hello with a smile and solves any issue I might have. She makes you feel like family!

I opened an account savings and checking absolutely love this place Amanda Wellen walked me through the simple process. Very hometown feel and when you call the branch you actually get a human on the other end. It’s the biggest little credit union and absolutely love it Thank You Amanda

I was in a terrible hurry to get to the doctors office in Memphis but running behind on time. I’m a domestic violence survivor and I needed to take the money that I had and open a new checking account at a different bank from where my husband and I bank. As you can imagine the whole thing can be pretty upsetting, but, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any bank. Isabel Fausto was extremely kind, and endearing. Since I already had a savings account, she was able to open my account in less than five minutes in less than five minutes I was signing my paperwork putting my money into them my new account thanking her and the rest of the staff and headed out the door with great relief And a sense of “everything’s gonna be all right”. I didn’t have to carry any cash to Memphis and I made my doctors appointment in plenty of time. I can say that I have only had the best experiences with SecurTrust!! And this was another one where they just hit it out of the ballpark with all the bases loaded!!! Thank you again, Isabel

You can't ask for greater people to operate this location. Jenn and Amanda make "banking" feel like hanging out with longtime friends. They both remember me even after not seeing them for months. They have amazing personalities and are always very helpful. They deserve praise! Thanks for making getting into a "new to me" vehicle so easy. Every visit has been a wonderful experience!!!!

Opening the Senatobia branch was the greatest thing that happen, I live in Coahoma County, and work in Senatobia, which makes it so convenient,and the staff is just amazing and Friendly……so for all your financial needs this is the place to be !!!!
