Do not use this place. Extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. Never in my life been spoken to the way I have by their rep. Won't send a statement. Will only tell me what my payment is over the phone. Seems pretty shady!

You could atleast call people and let them know your the new loan holder kind of fd up the way this whole third union deal went down
