The white manager has a very bad attitude. I went in to pay inside SINCE THEIR SYSTEM IS ALWAYS DOWN!!! Then there’s no where to sit. As a customer you should be comfortable as a client. They bring their grandchildren and children in and they are laying all over the place!!! Unprofessional!!! To proceed, She had the audacity to tell me she don’t need me I needed her help with money because I asked her for my account number to pay online to keep from coming to the office!!! Then when I told her she’ll need Jesus help before I need her again!! She yelled across the room “BYE FELECIA” TAKE THIS AS A WARNING!!! Beware the reviews don’t lie!!!

I have been dealing with this loan company for many, many years. They have always been helpful in getting my loan and have not ever once called me to pay on my loan and I guess that's because I have always had my payments automatically deducted. I love the fact that they are extremely fast when you apply. They have always helped me and I have nothing negative to say. I just got another loan today and it was quick, fast, and easy. Thanks guys!

Let's get the ball rolling with some cold hard facts about this place. For starters, if you're looking to take out a small loan to help build credit, avoid this place because they do NOT report to Equifax, which means your credit will take a hit for taking out the loan but won't grow for paying it back. Secondly, the customer service at this business has never been close to professional. The employees are short with the customers that come in, and the manager has even cussed and yelled at customers. And speaking of the manager, it's a wonder she's still employed there. She bit one of her subordinates so hard that she had to get a tetanus shot and antibiotics, and it was all over a movie spoiler. She also screams and cusses at her workers often which is a terrible way to manage. The entire company is nothing short of a dumpster fire. Do yourself a favor and never use this unprofessional, terrible loan company.

The number of issues with management would take years to tell. The company is only worried about profit. Yelling, cussing, and arguing are only a few of the things you would hear while in office.She will only hire folks she knows, because she thinks she can talk crazy to them and won't face punishment for it. The home office refuses to fire her, refuses to hold her accountable for her actions, and looks the other way when certain things are done that are definitely ILLEGAL. Watch out for this company. You will receive nothing short of harassment.

I paid out my loan with this company today. My husband went up there to pay it out and pick up my title for my vehicle. Apparently they lost my original title, and filed for a replacement. However, me AND my husband were originally on the title for the vehicle. Whenever he just picked it up he noticed it now only has my name. I am not going to fight with this company, I am just glad to be paid out and I will never go back!

Tru3 Gemini you must be really proud of yourself. You cost at least one of those people who never had an attitude and was friendly and loving and outgoing to lose their job and their way of providing for their children. Does your job working in health care know how you treat other people.. oh wait... or were you fired from there for your attitude and the way you cause unnecessary problems there too?

Very rude I called 3 times to be put on hold and for them to say they would call me back yesterday today is a different day they still say the same thing about calling me back 👎🏽 not good service at all …
