The manager (Luceen, sp?) is nice; will help you get back in good standing with your loan if you fall behind and is reasonable. The other employees (usually a Kenny or Kenneth) call continuously no matter if you made a payment a week prior or not, even when you've asked them to stop calling and have things sitiated with the manager.

The new manager they have now is horrible. He is not professional at all. Will leave very harassing voicemails. I refuse to do any business with him. I will only do business with the other employees. I will never get another loan from them. And would not suggest anyone else to. Unless you like being harassed everyday.
