Bank of Yazoo, Yazoo City, MS

I went to Bank of yazoo today the one on Jerry Clower Blvd to get change. There was an older lady that came to the window and said how can I help you. I said can I get change and I told her how I wanted it. She said is this for a business in a rude way. I said no I have a personal account I gave her my account number and name. The lady just exit the screen and just sent my change down without saying have a nice day or anything. I was having a nice day until she just to be rude. I never had bad service from until today. If I continue to get bad service I will consider a new bank because I pay monthly to have my money in my account. I shouldn’t receive that type of service.
