Have to give a huge shoutout to Kris for her kindness and immediate help. I’d been on the phone all day with other branches closer to me, and this angel of a human helped me out in literal seconds. I’ve always come in contact with the best employees here. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you !

This place shuts my card off every 60-90 days without notice. Then I get it supposedly turned on gonto buy plane tickets and low and behold the card still doesn't work. Then you call the local number get some answering service and they find it amusing that your frustrated and passed off!!! Very unprofessional and stupid canceling all my accounts on Monday this is the worst bank I've ever dealt with

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location! We use them for work so I am there almost every single day of the week. The ladies (and 2 gentlemen) that work there are so nice, welcoming & helpful. If you want to have a great banking experience, this is definitely where you want to go. 10/10 service.

I have been with First Security Bank for over 30 years in Belgrade. I have now moved to Helena and still work in Bozeman so I love having all the branches to do my banking. They have always been friendly and there for me. Recently I had a credit card compromised and had to be cancelled late that afternoon, just a day before I was leaving for vacation. I called the Belgrade branch that same day and they were able to get me a travel card that same day, they helped relieve the stress so I could enjoy my vacation. Thank you all for what you do!

35 min at the drive thru! A new record its usually only 20. What a joke. Closing my account 1st thing in the morning. Sick of it!

My oldest boy is in service. He had a automatic bill for ten dollars come through ... They sat there and charged him five dollar overdraft fees... All the way up ,to 250 dollars and then sent him to collections. No phone call no letter no nothing. Way to support NOT support the troops. All they had to do was call.

I want to acknowledge Savas Koronopoulos at the Belgrade branch. He helped open our accounts at the bank and has been on my speed-dial ever since. He responds quickly and goes above and beyond to improve my banking experience. He is the reason we continue to bank with First Security.

Great helpful people, but if you are planning on doing your banking on line, their app is horrible. Resetting passwords, finding account numbers, and transferring money is extremely hard. Their support line is only open during business hours… making it very hard to trouble shoot anything. I don’t recommend if you’re and online banker.
