First Interstate Bank, Bigfork, MT

I had my business checking account with this bank for the past 7 years with a consistent balance of 6 figures, and in the past, much higher. I received a, "Paper Statement Fee", of $2.00, in an attempt to force me into on-line banking. I went to the drive through window, because the lobby is closed, and spoke to one of their managers about the charge. I was told the charge would be refunded and I would never see that charge again due to my consistent balance. The next month the charge was refunded, and a new "Paper Statement Fee", was added. Again I went to the Drive through window. This time the on duty manager told me that their monthly $2.00 fee was more important to them than my current balance of $90,000.00. I moved my personal accounts two years ago for similar reasons. Service is definitely not their strong suit, and it seems as if the bank officers aren't paying attention. Sometimes things happen for a reason. I'm much happier, and better off, having changed all of my accounts to another bank.

I've been banking with First Interstate Bank in Bigfork since I was 16 years old! That's nearly 10 years ago. My whole family has had a pleasant experience with their system and all their employees. Highly recommend!

I can't even tell you how thrilled we were not only to find out that we were qualified to purchase the homes we were interested in but Anne Gladden took us through the whole process from A to Z without so much as a single hiccup! In a time when interest rates were rising and a single bump up in rates could have put us out of the home buying game we were able to lock the rate and from going under contract to closing in just about a month! We can't say enough good things and we'll be sending everyone we can down to Anne! Thanks Again!!

I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars because there is a newer blonde lady here who is so sweet and I love seeing her there. I wish I knew her name but she is the sweetest!
