This sell lemons and they don't do the work like they say

On 6-10 i received email promising up to $35000 in a loan. i am contracting with the state for a project and I need $20000 in materials. i filled out their forms and the second i pressed the continue button, my phone blew up. The representative told me that with my 700+ credit rating, owning my cars and home, he was happy to offer me a loan for $700. this is a scam business that is bouncing off a credible company name, and collecting a lot of personal information. the information is all turned over to a company named MaxLend. this is a 28% payday loan company not a legitimate banking agency. MaxLend website says they loan from $3000 to $5000, so why the $700 low ball. Why in the world would Big Sky trust their name to these scammers. I would certainly like an answer to that question.
