I give these guys credit because they helped me get a reasonable loan on a vehicle. However, when I had a hard time making a payment recently (after paying EARLY every month for 9 months prior), they told me "Michael. Tana at big sky will not take any money.. they want car asap" Undoubtedly one of the rudest, most unprofessional encounters I've ever had. Do not recommend.

The ladies here are absolutely great! I just recently moved back home to Montana at the worst time of year...the holidays. They were able to help me out with a small loan so I could still do the holidays for my daughter and her birthday. They were able to get me the small monthly payments I asked for and even divide them between my 2 checks a month. Will most definitely do more business with them even after I pay this loan off. However I missed one payment and Tana repossessed the car she was rude unempathetic and unwilling to wait a full business day for me to make the payment now she is harassing me about extra charges she is trying to add to the bill I highly recommend going to see Melissa at Aspen financial there is obviously a reason she quit working for Tana that lady is a monster, I have 2 babies and lost my job over one late payment, the month was not even over and she still chose to repossess a single mothers only form of transportation. She’ll get what she deserves people like that always do
