The staff is helpful- they are willing to work with you provided you bring the necessary paperwork they WILL help you, My situation was a very complicated - but the staff helped, me as soon as I called they told me what I needed to cash here. Professional and friendly staff are efficient

Absolutely worst experience here. They call the people on your check without telling you. None of their bussiness. The lady sent me away with a snotty attitude.
