If I could give 0 stars I would, worst bank I’ve had to deal with, go in to close an account and apparently the teller said I didn’t have to sign anything and that it will be closed. Month later there were charges to that bank account which should have been closed and not able to process. I call and they say we were suppose to sign something to finalize the closure. The teller did not have us sign anything and now we owe $350 dollars because their tellers are incompetent and can’t do their job, I will be letting all my family and friends know to let their family and friends know to never use your bank and if they are to close their account and go to a bank where they don’t screw around

Staff here are very rude. I asked for a manager and the lady would not transfer me and basically told me there is nothing that can be done. Called Western Security Bank on Grand Ave and the staff was very kind, and helpful . Mandy Baker was awesome and treated me with respect and kindness. Helped me immediately and provided outstanding customer service . I would recommend using Western Security on Grand Ave. They treat you with kindness and do an outstanding job.

Employees are not helpful. They post dated transactions causing my account to be charged overdraft fees. Called and got almost no help. Finally an agreement was reached. Received a letter confirming the arrangement. Then come to find out the agreement was not honored. I called to find out what was going on. I never received a phone call back they never get back to me.

Wanted to open an account and said it was open today (Saturday) and the lobby isn’t open. Someone should change the description of being “open” until 1 PM because I drove down there expecting to be able to sit down with a person and set up an account as I am busy throughout the week. It’s just a little misleading is all.

I'd give them a zero star if I could.
The fact that it still takes some times several days for a purchase to be deducted from my bank accounts balance Is a complete joke, it's 2023 and you guys still move like dial up internet. This is why crypto is king, as soon as I send money via a block chain its deducted from my total immediately. The fact that banks have been digital for years now and you still can't even update account balances immediately is pathetic.
