Called a few weeks ago to set up an account for my teenage daughter and myself. They took all our info and stated we just needed to come by and sign documents.
We went back today and they couldn't help us because the new accounts person was not available and said we could wait in our car in the parking lot if we liked. But would not say for how long.
We left and called a few minutes later. They said they could now help, but they needed all the information we had already given them, because they no longer had our information we spent 20 minutes giving them already. They wanted us to go back through the drive thru to give us paperwork they wouldn't give us when we were in the drive thru before. What a mess.
Will be looking to utilize a different bank. I didn't get the impression they really wanted our business.
