Bank of Bozeman, Bozeman, MT

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had living in MT. I am not sure what has happened to the quality of this bank (Bank of Bozeman) and their staff but they hide behind an email or telephone and was treated with disrespect and told by others they lend to only people they know or who are in their good old boy's club. It's too bad this bank has sold out what they use to stand for and the community they once embraced and cared for. I am sure they will respond and say this is not their bank or how they treat customers, but unfortunately it is. I am sure it is a great bank for some but for us, we use to think the same but they pick and choose. Lived here for decades and not the same bank it use to be. Caution and apply at your own risk.

Stay away. This bank has changed so much and is so out of touch with reality and customer service. The feds give them money to stay afloat during the pandemic and then they hoard it since they said they lost a lot of money back in the days of the crash with residential homes. They don't invest in residential mortgages like they use to and want you to open all kinds of accounts and want your money but don't ask for a loan. #Soldout#

Everyone at the bank is super friendly and helpful. Sue got us set up with our new checking account in under 30 minutes. Very happy with the service we have received from Bank of Bozeman.

As a recent transplant to Bozeman, I was not familiar with the local banks. Some long time residents spoke highly of and strongly recommended Bank of Bozeman. I now have checking and savings accounts with them as well as a lending relationship. The new accounts manager, the senior loan officer, the tellers, and the folks in the drive-up window have been excellent in every respect. They are efficient, responsive, friendly and easy to work with. They have taken the time to understand my banking needs. Their online and mobile banking services are top shelf. I strongly recommend Bank of Bozeman.
