First Interstate Bank, Bozeman, MT

I work Mon-Fri and the bank is not open for any weekend hours. I stopped by this morning (before work- my only option) for a simple deposit and $40 in change and not only watched other cars pull up after me and leave before me, but also waited 16 minutes to deposit my cash. Recently switched to this bank but absolutely would not recommend.

3 tellers standing in lobby at banking terminals all closed. No help, no service. Not being acknowledged after 3 minutes standing, waiting drove to other location. Avoid like the plague.

Ashley was very helpful in answering my questions. She was very informed, speedy, and kind. She got me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. I could not have asked for better service.

Very rude when you come in and not friendly. I asked the teller how his day was and he just responded what do you need? I thought maybe he was having a bad day, then I went to the drive through and nobody said anything to me just opened the drawer looked at me and took my money deposited it and that was it. My sister was in the car with me and made a comment how rude the customer service was here. I'm gonna switch banks.

I work near this bank, and also have a home mortgage through this bank. So I've had occasion to go into this bank to make several transactions personally and for work. The staff has always been very friendly and fun to work with. This is a local, reputable bank that I enjoy doing business with.
