First Security Bank, Bozeman, MT

The website/app and entire usability of their daily banking is so bad. Every time I have ever tried to log into the website I end up having to call the bank to reset my password. Apparently it resets after only 3 months of not logging in. Plus, you have to go in person to the bank to just find out your account number! Wells Fargo has that info conveniently located multiple places on their app. This bank needs a serious update in their tech.

Very good Customer Service to change signers on several accounts at the Bozeman Downtown office. Brandon was efficient, courteous and friendly, helping us with a variety of banking changes.

THIRD time they have mistakenly deposited my money into the wrong bank account. Was told the manager would call to discuss this issue with me but they never called. Definitely won't be banking here much longer. Used to be your dependable hometown bank but not anymore. It's a shame. Been banking here for decades.

Please open your Main Street drive through until 6pm again! People who work downtown and are done at 5 frequented the drive through. Otherwise great branch!
