First Citizens Bank of Butte, Butte, MT

I have been banking with them for 3 years. My account went overdrawn $4.50. This was die to a $5 fee they charged me the prior day. Due to my account being overdrawn $4.50, they returned a $500.00 check. This cost me $33 from them and $35 from the place I wrote the check. I have called to speak with someone who could give me answers numerous times and they will not call me back. I was told I need to speak with Casey the owner. I have left voicemails and the front teller even put a not on his desk. There are very few banks who will change an overdraft fee for less than $5 overdrawn let alone return a $500.00 check. Do not bank with them.

Says they close on Saturday at noon, been trying to call since 11:00 am. No one will answer the phone.

Fraudulent practices!!! Do not bank here! They do not have security measures in place to monitor your money. All bank employees are not to be trusted! They do not care about their customers and will do whatever they want without your knowledge or consent. BEWARE!!!
