Incredible through the whole process. Had less than ideal circumstances with certain life events. Struggled for half a year with other banks. Once finding Nicole, she did everything she could to make things happen. Worked tirelessly, streamlined the process, and was instrumental in getting my family into our new home. Hard working, easy to get ahold of, and very kimd.

Nicole was the absolute best to work with. She was available at all times of the day and quick to respond, which was important in this crazy housing market. Additionally, she is an absolute professional but also our confidant in all questions and concerns, and spent plenty of her time clearly and patiently explaining everything we needed to know as first time home buyers.
