I called from Iowa with a question regarding some estate issues regarding my deceased father-in-law, who banked here. Mike went above and beyond helping me work through these. A great experience working through something 1500 miles away.

If I could leave zero stars I would. William Cruze is a terrible employee there and in general, an angry, old man. A notary who refuses to notarize, giving an excuse that is not legitimate. This man is nasty, judgemental, and rude. Do not use this place.
