Literally NO ONE answers the phone 99.9% of the time in member services. And about 50 percent of the time as a teller. Trying to get a simple question answered sometimes takes hours.

For 15 years this Credit Union has managed to have at all times a staff the majority of whom are disturbingly unfriendly and unknowledgeable. The President is a "good man" and has assisted me when I've been so fed up that I've presented myself in front of him. Don't bother with the VP ....
Expect good rates, no smile, no consideration, no perks, no personal touch and you'll be delighted!!!
