They have multiple different places and sites you can use throughout the stateAlso you can use their off branches was just like Glacier National etcetera so I'm so far if you can go online to see which ones are connected to Valley BankAnd then also they have amazing service at every single one that I've been toThey're very helpful very kind any time I've been out of state they've always told me a branch nearby that I can go to to use without being chargedThey are great excellent in banking and checking and savings.Also variating on location state and the time difference is you're in they have multiple different branches as they said you can use that are also not Valley Bank but they're connected to Valley Bank so they're free service charges so you can go online or call one of them and they can help you I've been out of state and they've directed me straight to a bank that I would be able to go to free of charge, also to cash a check and withdraw some money. And at various state to stay in time difference Exedra but most of them do not open until 9 a.m. now some of the other off branches might open earlier but you would have to look that up but I've never known one to be open at 7 a.m. or prior to 8 a.m. now you can call the line and you can do online banking anytime 24/7

they claim to be open to the public by phone call or drive through from 7:00 a.m. on and yet never answer the phone before 9:00 am. Very frustrating. I have to call around to all three branches before I get any answer or help. I can request the same piece of paperwork from all three offices and only one will get it after the 3rd call to them in a week. All in all not a fan of this establishment

Was super excited to join these guys after the hell i went through with wells fargo. Now im even more angry because my account was closed and i was not notified. So much for ordering my school books! Going to be looking for a new bank AGAIN now.

I have had excellent service by this branch and Valley Bank, in general, for about 25 years. They are quite friendly too.
