I have never ever been treated as badly as I was treated at this branch. I overheard them talking about other customers while those people were at the bank. They really need to be taught how to be respectful no matter what the customers circumstances are. Very unprofessional

Came in to open an account and honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a business I felt very belittled the women with the red hair was so rude and snooty you couldn’t pay me to bank here and have to deal with these people on a consistent basis.

Very rude customer service that makes you feel uncomfortable.

The staff at this branch go above and beyond to help out whenever they are able. I appreciate the friendly service.

Unprofessional. Refused to take a Cashier Check from another bank. Wouldn't even call to verify the check or anything. I wouldn't do business with this company.

Very disappointed by the bad attitudes and the disrespect I was shown at the glendive location I would definitely save yourself the trouble and try a different bank.
