The staff at Cascade Financial are very nice and extremely helpful. They have excellent response time to questions and concerns. Always willing to help. I love when you go in, they stop what they are doing to say hi or wave.

Contrary to the last review, I am very satisfied with my experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get a loan through them at a lower interest rate than we were expecting, at a time when we couldn't qualify for a loan at our credit union because our credit took a hit because of identity theft issues we couldn't prove, and creditors were coming after us. The loan took care of those issues, but couldn't stop the identity theft from occurring again. However, this loan helped us to increase our credit scores enough to finally qualify us for a loan that did take care of our identity theft issues because we did have id theft coverage for the length of time we were paying off the loan. In addition to the help they gave us with the loan through them, they gave us great customer service, and worked with us when my husband had to suffer from the government shutting down twice and he had no income coming in from his job. They completely understood the situation, and worked with us until we had money coming in once again. They have continued to work with us over the years, whenever we weren't able to make timely payments. Now that we are again having id theft issues so severe we can't get out from under them because our credit scores are so low we can't even get another loan through them, we have to file bankruptcy. We've been told not to make anymore payments to creditors, and not to speak with any creditors, I feel bad because I can't answer their calls. I just want them to know that we appreciate their help when they did give it, and we appreciate them for always being friendly and professional. Thank you so much Laurie and Jenna.
