God bless this people! Very professional, knowledgeable and polite! Never had any issues using their services, few times literally saved my life! The only place in town, where you can get larger transfers. Highly recommended and endlessly appreciate!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! When told they couldn’t cash my check and I asked why the ladies response was “umm I just can’t.” No further explanation than that plus just the rude and defensive tone in her voice. Was able to take my check somewhere else and had it cashed no problem. Never returning.

I’m not sure what these other reviews are about but these employees are fantastic and maybe if people weren’t so rude to them, things would be better. You can’t treat people horribly and expect them to be nice just because they’re in customer service! To the customers: Be polite! To the employees: thanks for helping me and being so kind, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but I hope you see this!

I don't even want to to give this place one star, very rude staff and the manager is so but so rude. Went in to cash a check with my husband and they were rude to both of us. saying oh we can't cash this check, u mean u are being lazy and not wanting to help. Please people go somewhere we shouldn't have to put up with this. These people are not worth it and the manager thinks she is so important, but you really aren't! I have never been to a place where the manager is so rude, you Ms. manager need to learn how to be professional and polite, I called corporate office already so hopefully they get a new manager ASAP!

Get your titles notarized without having both parties there! Saves me a lot of time! Employees are very friendly and professional!

Fast, friendly, and helpful.. they do taxes and have notary services on site.. I've been using ez money for year's and highly recommend it for any money service!!!
