A relitively friendly staff. Went to do a simple name change for a non profit account. It took 59 minutes and now I need to go back because some things were missed. What should have taken 10 minutes has turnes into almost 2 hours. As we were there I saw several people stand around for up to 10 minutes waiting for someones attention. But what a beautiful expensive lobby they have. Too bad the experience did not measure up.
