Getting my loan seemed to go okay, they wanted a ton of extra information I didn’t feel was necessary. Fast forward to the present, guild does not allow the mortgage payment to be paid in two half’s throughout the month. It has to be paid in full every month which I don’t understand what the big problem is with making two payments that equal the total amount rather than one payment. It would be very helpful if I was able to pay two payments that equals the total mortgage amount. Would much rather have my mortgage through someone who is able to take payments this way. Something to think about with people who have high mortgage.
