The Helena branch of OneMain Financial is amazing. They are so caring to help you not pushy and they explain everything in detail. Dylon was very kind explained everything answer every question I had and just was an awesome person to deal with. I will definitely do more business with these guys in the future and I will recommend people to OneMain Financial. Helena team keep up the good work everyone in that office is amazing.

Loan was quoted at 29.99%. When loan was written it was written at 34.99%. Agent realized the difference and said he would fix the mistake. He stated he would contact his HQ and get back to me about his misquoted percentage within a day or two. No contact or correction to the percentage rate yet. I would not recommend One Main Financial again. One unhappy customer.

Bad human being. I will restate, these are terrible people. They mean you harm, real financial harm. Stormy “GM” & Caleb “data entry” treat customers like garbage, like we are disposable cogs in their machine. Walk away from this predatory loan shark. They mean you real harm, the people that work there are not your friend. Beware of these people and this plundering they wish upon you. Sorry I can’t give zero stars to these life losers.

Ridiculous please for the love of God never go there. Completely terrible experience there today. Instead of getting overtime at work, I left on time to get down there for a loan that they said on the phone was approved all my co-signer and I needed to do was bring documents and IDs. We had everything in order and I asked for a pre approval letter. The employee there said it's not a pre- approval it's approved. I could go find a vehicle. ( thinking ok great it's approved I went to the car lot.) I found a truck I liked pretty close to $1000 under the "approved" amount. All was good I get the paperwork from the car lot and take it back to one main financial. They entered whatever information they did and say to me, on this vehicle you're only approved $2,500 well under the initial quoted "approval". They ran mine and my co-signer's credit (dropped both scores) and they cost me actual $ from the missed overtime I could've had if I hadn't wasted my time because of them. I don't know what kind of scam this place is but I'll be on the lookout now for identity theft. I can only imagine how they'll be selling my information. Update: They've had the audacity since this to send junk mail trying to get me to try again. ( Thanks but, No Thanks! )

They say going call you the next day and set up the time with and didnt call u one week later about getting a loan was approve two different options and couldnt tell when you apply. They are ready known that. What wasted of phone call. I have loan thru them and paying for it off. I dont think i do the bussiness with Helena Mt. I rather go to Billlings Mt where got my loan and they do return phone calls in the past.
