Through the last 10 years at this bank - the loan department has totally done me right when WFargo has not - I have had personal loans mortgages property loans RV loans - ALL departments know their stuff and the daily peeps I deal with have always been friendly and helpful - TY for being there

There are multiple layers of gatekeepers and lots of finger pointing in order to avoid the responsibility of providing quality client services. So, if you expect to have competent loan servicing, choose another lender!

Had a good experience with Ken but then when it came to wiring my heloc loan to my personal account I had an absolute horrible experience with Lisa Cramer. She was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to at a bank, I even told her I had two more questions but she seems very annoyed to have to help me, no apology or anything. Made me feel like I wanted to just get out of there. I will never use this bank for any other services.

I hope this doesn't slow my loan down anymore than it already is, but here we go.. If you plan on using this bank for a construction loan make sure you start at least 6 months before you plan to build. I have been working with them since December and still haven't got the loan finalized. This is a small uncomplicated construction loan and I have sent them all requested info within hours of being requested. The main reason this has bothered me is because I took the time to start the process early so there wouldn't be delays and I would not have to face the crazy material hike that I knew was coming. Well that hasn't worked as planned since this has taken months longer than I would told it would take in the beginning. So just plan on things taking MUCH longer than promised in the beginning.

I'm new to this Bank because of a merger with my Bank. Everyone has been very helpful thru the transition.

Very disappointed when working with this bank. Trying to setup a construction loan was one of the most frustrating things I have ever done. I ended up with a 4 week delay and had to ultimately use a different bank.

We have been very pleased with this bank so far. They have always been courteous and quick to answer any questions about our loan.

The General Manager might be the most unkind, unprofessional person and the staff has no clue how to help people. Leaving this bank because of her.
