The absolute worst bank ever! They block my card a minimum of once a week. The customer service doesn’t know what to do and says to call the bank. They don’t let you buy cryptocurrency. I’ve called and had it “unblocked” only to call again and have them apologize for not actually unblocking it! BUT STILL NOT UNBLOCKING IT. I am so done with this bank. Go to Helena valley bank I have never had a single issue with my debit card here.

Do not bank here if you support the freedom to choose your own medicine! This bank discriminates against cannabis patients! My account was dropped because I use cannabis. THESE PEOPLE HAVE ZERO COMPASSION!

The drive thru keeps getting slower….and slower….and sllllloooooowwwwwerrrrrr. It’s like “should I leave and come back for my receipt?” Going on 20 min and this is not the first time.
