First Interstate Bank, Kalispell, MT

I need a bank to have the doors open until 5. Not close the doors at 4. They also conveniently set me up as a new customer and didn’t say that I would be billed 2 bucks to get the paper statement sent to me. Then to talk to them they say they can’t fix it in house you must call 855 number that states it will be a wait of 13 minutes. 40 minutes later still no one to help me and message continuously repeats itself. Horrible customer service. There is no reason a customer shouldn’t be able to resolve charges in the office!

Worst bank ever. My card got stolen, it was promptly cancelled, and that's where the good ends. I had to fight to have the fraudulent charges refunded to me. Then it took them three weeks to get a new card delivered. Once the new card arrived, I WASN'T told they reset my PIN, and am unable to reset it to my own over the phone without the old one. The old one that doesn't exist anymore. Not only all this, but they have the most garbage hours of operation ever, any person working a regular 9-5 won't be able to get in to this bank at any point. This bank is a hot steaming pile of garbage, avoid at all costs.
