First Montana Bank, Kalispell, MT

I have had multiple rude drive through employees. What happened to customer service? I pulled up tonight to deposit my check she never once asked what she could help me with or even sais hi at that. She sends my money back to me and I was sitting waiting for her to look at me so I could let her know I wanted the money deposited not the cash the other women finally pushed the button so she could talk to me and when I let her know I wanted the money deposited said well you should have told me that. She was very snotty about it.I took my money and left. I I'll be closing my account that I have had for years. They have lost my checks in the over night drop box twice now an I have had to call to find out why it wasnt deposited.

I love this bank, I've never had problems with them I will stay with this bank. Thank you First Montana Bank for never messing with my money, you guys actually care for us and I appreciate it. Keep up the good job.

My experience with Montana First has been unfailingly positive and I wholeheartedly recommend them, they are what banking is supposed to be.

This local bank will work with you. Janice thier boss lady and Piere the manager have gone out of thier way for us alot. I would highly recomend this bank to anyone!
