Glacier Bank, Kalispell, MT

Glacier Bank is a Regional Bank that has networks throughout the northwest. they have grown from kind of a local community bank to something much much bigger. it still maintains a friendly atmosphere with a trace of Hometown flavor but I would say they are very much a major corporation now. this particular location is usually really busy around noon and at the end of the business day but there is a nice night drop location on the side in case your there after hours and need to make a deposit

Great teller, awesome supervisor, they went out of their way to accommodate me late on Friday. Cant say enough about the service at this branch.

Patient waiting behind someone for over a half hour. Then I drove up and they told me they were closed. Usually I have been serviced before within the grace period to make deposits or withdrawals. This my first poor experience at this particular branch.

45 minutes of wait in the drive thru to cash a check? Absolutely slow don't you guys think? Awful service...
