I was treated like a close friend. I received excellent service. I even managed to be approved for a credit card to transfer high interest debt to a much lower rate. Excellent one could not ask for more. Roxanne was a blessing and a relief. Having just moved back to Montana, Roxanne went the extra mile to make my transition back to Montana the best.

We sold a vehicle and the buyer has Park Side Credit Union. There were several time we had to interact with the loan officer who was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, kindness, easy to work with was truly a delight. We are very impressed with Park Side Credit Union, Thank you.

My experience with Park Side Credit Union has always been positive. I recently got accepted for a credit card and Maegen, the lady who assisted me, was above expectations treating me professionally, efficiently, and was very friendly throughout the process. Thanks Maegen and Park Side!

Banked with them for four years just tried to buy a $23,000 Jeep and got denied with a 720 credit score. Got the loan from Clearwater credit union that afternoon with no account. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Only giving one star because I can’t give 0. I put in a travel notice before I went out of the country. Then had to call multiple times while out of the country in order to get my card unlocked so I could use it in order to buy food. I was hung up on multiple times by their security department and their Whitefish office. I am shutting down my parkside account and will never use them for a single thing ever again. If you expect competence in a financial institution, I would suggest you use ANY other bank.

Prompt and helpful, however was given multiple different answers by different people. Was emailed and told i was approved, than after arranging everything was called hours later telling me it was reversed. First and last attempt at trying to do any local lending.

A cash machine in the entry windlock is not equal to a teller helping me. EVERGREEN needs a real branch. Currently 5 people waiting to get inside to that one machine.
